In 2012, Cryeng Group successfully completed the engineering, fabrication, and installation of 4km of vacuum insulated pipe (vacuum jacketed pipe) for Queensland Curtris LNG. Awarded the contract by EPC giant Bechtel Oil, Gas & Chemicals Inc., the vacuum jacketed pipe ranged in size from 150NB to 1350NB.
After successfully completing the VIP, QCLNG awarded Cryeng Group the contract to design and manufacture – at our workshops in Ipswich Australia – 4x 275kL vacuum insulated ethylene storage drums, which were completed in 2013.
